These workshops are suitable for all types of audiences and structures, and adapt to action formats within companies as well as during their public and internal events.
Human beatbox: The multifunctional phonatory device
We'll discover the percussive sounds most commonly used by today's human beatboxers, and try to understand and experiment with techniques for imitating drums, saxophone, trumpets, guitars, scratches... After a series of rhythmic and vocal games involving articulation, desynchronization and breathing, we'll tackle the techniques specific to Human Beatbox.

Circles songs: Let's share our vibrations!
After breathing and vocal placement exercises, we'll sing compositions proposed by the host, with some parts imagined by the participants. A fun, convivial moment for sharing.

Body Drumming (minimum duration: 30min)
Work on concentration, memory, body awareness, anchoring, lateralization, coordination... After a few rhythmic awakening games, we'll set up a polyrhythm of several voices that we'll play at the end of the session.

Slam: L'écrire pour le dire / Writing and speaking
The aim of the workshop is to make poetry accessible to all, and to help people move beyond elitist conceptions of poetry. The various exercises on offer will help to break down barriers between aesthetics and genres through song, nursery rhyme, rap and other oral aesthetics.
After collective verbal improvisation games, we'll take time to write individually, based on instructions, and share our texts, paying close attention to various notions such as presence, quality of address, voice and intentions, to make our performance as lively as possible.
Musicality of language: Beyond the meaning of words, voice and speech are musical instruments. We can play with sound, rhythm, intonation, speed...

Do-in workshop
A manual self-massage technique based on Chinese medicine, Do In draws on the body's natural resources to prevent and treat body dysfunctions. Stretching and pressure exerted with the thumbs or palms over the whole body help reduce physical and/or psychological tension. Participants will learn a routine they can reuse later.

Introduction to Massage and Touch
Take care of yourself and others on a daily basis, with awareness of the power of touch. Learn the basics of anatomy and energy circulation in the body to relieve accumulated tension. A seated massage sequence will be passed on, and participants will also leave with a knowledge of strategic points for self-massage and self-regulation of their energies and emotions.

We'll cover the various basic postures through which we become aware of our breathing and our potential for strength and flexibility.

Alternating between relaxation and deep muscle exercises, we'll learn how to regain a healthy, toned and relaxed posture for everyday life.

Human pyramids and acrobatic lifts
After flexibility and muscle-strengthening exercises, we'll work in small groups on basic figures in acrobatic lifts, integrating them into a human pyramid involving the whole group at the end of the session.
Dance and Visual Arts
From the observation of an image, its dynamics, its colors, its abstract and concrete motifs, we will develop choreographic sequences that resonate with the image.
